How to submit a press release

Submit your press release to us using the online form

1. Insert a headline for the release
2. Supply your company name
3. Supply the body text of the release itself
4. Choose the date of distribution
5. Target the right journalists - select the relevant subject/distribution categories
6. Add images / word documents / pdf's / spreadsheets / a video
7. Add Press Association Distribution (optional)
8. Preview your release
9. If happy, send your release to us

We will:

• Email your press release directly to relevant journalists.
• Display your press release on the Press Release Wire website
• Display your press release on your ResponseSource Newsroom
• Index your release by category, region and topic
• Add your release to our Twitter feeds
