Leading ICT provider to the education sector, Ramesys, has successfully reached the finals of the highly regarded National Business Awards Regional Programme, which celebrates business excellence. Beating off intense competition from businesses covering a broad spectrum of industry sectors and of varying sizes, Ramesys is one of just four finalists in the ‘Business of the Year Award’ category.

Previously referred to by the Chancellor of the Exchequer as the ‘Business Oscars,’ the National Business Awards is now in its sixth year of operation and attract entries from some of the UK’s most successful companies. The regional ‘Business of the Year Award’ for the Midlands and East of England will be presented to the organisation that has demonstrated exceptional financial returns, strong growth and innovative strategies.

Ramesys’ award entry has already been subject to intense scrutiny by a team of business experts. Having passed this phase with flying colours and being chosen as a finalist, the next stage will see Ramesys present their business success story to a panel of judges who will grill them with a series of business-related questions.

Following this, Ramesys will have to wait until the Midlands & East of England Regional Finals in July where the winner will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony.

Delighted with the news, Bill Donoghue, Chief Executive of Ramesys said, “We are thrilled to be selected as one of just four finalists in the National Business Awards Regional Programme. We are really looking forward to the next phase of the awards, when we will present our strategy and plans to a panel of judges. It is an ideal opportunity to describe the exceptional success that Ramesys has attained in the last year and our most recent achievements.”
