Industry Report evaluates the most relevant and compelling campaign management solutions on the market

Multichannel campaign management has been recognised by Gartner in the report as a market that “continues to show strong growth, and overall marketing automation is one of the fastest growing CRM investment areas. They forecast a 16% annual compound growth rate from 2006 through 2011.”

Criteria used by Gartner to asses the inclusion of Multichannel Campaign Management vendors include: ’functionality’, ‘market presence and momentum’ and vendor viability’, with vendors assed by their completeness of vision for the market and ability to execute.
