Following hot on the heals of GoResponse being selected as a Finalist for the South East Region for The National Business Awards, sponsored by Orange, the outsourced call centre specialists, have just discovered that they are also finalists in two categories for the Contact Center World Awards. GoResponse have been selected for either a bronze, silver or gold award for – Best in Customer Service and Best Contact Centre Leader across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
There are three finalists for each category, with the finalists making their final presentation in July at a 2-day conference at the Radisson Edwardian International Plaza Hotel, Heathrow, with the winners announced on the evening of 25th July. The Regional winners are automatically advanced into the World Finalists shortlist, with the overall World-wide winners announced at a conference in Las Vegas in November.

The awards have been dubbed by many as the Olympics for the Contact Center World. Entrants from 61 countries around the world entered and we have narrowed the field to the top 3 of each category and region.
