Partnership maximises insight into online campaign and traffic trends and customers’ behaviours

(NASDAQ:OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimisation software, today announced a strategic global partnership that will enable joint customers to measure and analyse the value of their online customer interactions. The partnership includes joint development, sales training and support and provides customers with a world-class analytics solution to support next-generation Web initiatives. Vignette’s systems engineers, support and sales personnel are participating in extensive Omniture training to become certified on Omniture SiteCatalyst, which will prepare them to effectively work with joint customers on their content optimisation.

Together, Omniture SiteCatalyst® and Vignette’s Next-Generation Web solutions can enable organisations to gain greater insight into their Web investments by analysing their customers’ behavior in real-time and providing in-depth reporting. Detailed analytics can help improve the online customer experience and help maximise an organisation’s return on its Web investment. For example, International Truck and Engine Corporation is leveraging Vignette’s Next-Generation Web solution and Omniture SiteCatalyst to track customer behavior online and gain better insight into its marketing spend.
