London 01.05.07: Mission Excellence, a team of former Red Arrows, fighter pilots and training experts who now specialise in the development of outstanding leadership, teamwork and execution skills for corporate teams, is delighted to announce that it is working with 3M, the worldwide diversified technology company. The content for 3M’s UK sales conference next month will be designed and delivered by Mission Excellence and follows on from a number of successful interventions which Mission Excellence has provided for 3M.

Within the first day, Mission Excellence will deliver a Mission Analysis programme focusing on upskilling sales managers with both planning and analysis tools. The second day will see Mission Excellence working alongside the entire sales population in order to educate employees on the attitudes and skills required to execute the plan and move towards the customer-centric model that the business wants to achieve.

A bespoke team development seminar will be delivered by the Mission Excellence team focusing on key issues including planning, and intelligence capture and dissemination. A number of team exercises will take place and will concentrate on developing a customer-centric solution to a complex problem, interspersed with timeout sessions where the learning outcomes will be contextualised.
