Working in close partnership with Housing Hartlepool, Northgate is providing a comprehensive ICT managed service, and one of the key services that Northgate has recently implemented has been the 24 hour repair line, which residents can use to report any repairs required. Northgate’s managed service has provided an exceptional level of service quality, with a quick turnaround in reporting the repairs on behalf of the residents.
