Odyssey Interactive Limited, the UK’s leading intranet software provider, today announced the availability of its new Intranet module, Question Bank. Question Bank enables companies to test employees’ knowledge and understanding using simple content based tests on their intranets.

Odyssey Interactive surveyed a selection of their 100,000 intranet software users which highlighted that many organisations require a way of measuring whether staff have understood information that is published via their Intranets such as company policies, Health & Safety procedures, product knowledge, and IT policies etc.

Organisations frequently use their intranet to deliver key corporate messages, policy documents and working practices. However how can they ensure that these have been understood? Without measures to ensure that important information is read and understood an organisation cannot be sure if their policies are effective. In order to meet this need Odyssey has developed a new business application, Question Bank, which can be used to assess employees’ knowledge and understanding using simple content based tests via the Intranet.
