- Fluency closes off its financial year, 2006/07 with a 64% licence growth over the previous year and a 63% increase in On Demand deployments -

London, UK – May 30th , 2007 – Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the speech recognition application company, today announced its revenues for financial year 2006/07 demonstrating a 64% increase in licence revenues year-on-year.

Highlights from the financial year 2006/2007 include:

Choice of On-Site/On-Demand Deployments – Fluency continued to offer the market unique flexibility with its VSA on-demand and on-site solutions. This dual approach gives customers the flexibility to choose what is most appropriate for their business.

Packaged Solutions - Fluency has continued to win customer share thanks to its packaged speech application approach which is quick to deploy, provides optimum performance from day one and is driving down the total cost of ownership (TCO) and opening up speech to the SMB market.

New Customer wins – Fluency continued to attract many new customers to its blue chip client roster including Capita Software Services which standardised on Fluency to underpin its AXIS™ payment management system, used by local authorities across the UK. Bournemouth & West Hampshire Water, Severn Trent water and Northern Ireland Water joined more than a dozen other UK water companies to select Fluency as their speech recognition solution, and companies including Dixons – the European electronics retailer, bss and Arcadia also joined the fold.

Repeat Business – Fluency continued to enjoy repeat business success within its customer base from clients including Carlson Leisure Travel Services, Barclaycard, Capita TV Licensing, EDF Energy, Standard Life Bank and Travelodge.

Company appointments – As product demand increased in the USA, Fluency announced two new senior appointments

• Sam Waicberg was appointed to Vice President of Americas. As former Vice President of Sales for Envox, Sam is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales, channels, and marketing strategy for Fluency Americas.

• Mark Bush was announced as Director of Alliances, Americas. Mark is an experienced strategic alliance veteran and is responsible for forging and nurturing new and existing alliances and growing channel sales to expand the reach of Fluency’s packaged speech recognition offerings for call centres in the Americas region
