The software helped to integrate new employees into its existing 2,200 person workforce and streamline the new lines of business following a Joint Venture with AIB. Hibernian’s human resources department then modelled the workforce and carried out “what-if” analyses to create visual representations of possible new company structures. Senior executives viewed the various organisational hierarchies in line with cost centres in order to fully understand their implications before any re-organisation actually took place. OrgPlus organisational charts also added important value for the Group Property & Procurement department, the team which oversaw the physical move into Hibernian’s new offices.
