More than 285 Customers Using Three or More SuccessFactors Modules to Drive High-Impact Performance & Talent Management

NEW YORK — June 7, 2007 — SuccessFactors, the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced broad-based, same-customer adoption of the company’s suite of integrated on-demand human capital management application modules. More than 285 SuccessFactors customers are using three or more of the integrated set of modules, which enable organizations to align, develop, motivate and maintain a high-performance workforce, to strategically manage their human capital. Multi-adoption customers are deriving substantial benefit from their individual initiatives, such as performance, compensation and succession management, while maximizing the value of multiple, integrated information sources to increase corporate visibility and drive real-time, informed business decisions.

In addition to the 285 customers referenced above, more than 600 SuccessFactors customers have adopted at least two modules, with 126 customers using four or more modules and close to 50 customers already utilizing five or more modules.
