On-Demand Performance and Talent Management Leader Sets New Standards of High-Speed Innovation and Customer-centric Product Development

Choosing live among three compelling product ideas, attendees voted on Wednesday for the “Career Exploration Capability,” which increases engagement by showing employees potential career paths and connecting them with mentors who can help guide their progress. SuccessFactors will have a prototype developed of the winning concept by the end of the conference. Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with the SuccessFactory team on the conference floor, providing suggestions and participating with the development team as they innovate in real-time.
