Orlando, FL USA – June 5th 2007 – At a gala dinner attended by delegates of the 2-day Contact Center World Awards Conference for Best Of the Best in the Americas, the winners of the 2007 Americas awards were announced.

Each finalist not only represented their company, but their country and the Gold medal winners will go on to represent their region and nation in the world finals which take place in November 2007.

The 31 finalists represent the best of the Best in Americas and over the 2 day conference each presented and the delegates had to vote for who is the best. The conference was also unique in that not a single vendor presented their solutions which you find at other events - only finalists and so the ideas that each delegate took away was outstanding.

Announcing the winners of the 2006 World Finals were Raj Wadhwani, President of ContactCenterWorld.com. Commenting on the conferences and awards gala, Mr Wadhwani said " I was awestruck by the caliber of the presenters and so may of them spoke about learning from each other and using this forum as their benchmark for what best in class is. It was like the Olympics and American Idol rolled into one – voting for people, companies and countries.

Each finalist received a medal and the awards were for Gold, Silver and Bronze in each category.
