Melbourne, Australia - June 22nd 2007 – At the 2007 Contact Center World Conference & Awards Gala for Asia Pacific, the medal winners were announced to an excited audience.

Each finalist not only represented their company, but their country and the Gold medal winners will go on to represent their region and nation in the world finals which take place in November 2007.

The finalists represent the best of the Best in Asia Pacific and over the 2 day conference each presented and the delegates had to vote for who is the best. The conference was also unique in that not a single vendor presented their solutions which you find at other events - only finalists and so the ideas that each delegate took away was outstanding.
