Bingo lovers forced out of clubs across the country by the smoking ban are being offered free pampering treatments to help them quit thanks to a brand new site from Littlewoods Bingo online.

The quit site – called Strive and Strive after bingo lingo for the number 75 - allows smokers to claim Shiatsu, Life Coaching and Reflexology sessions to help in their quest to get smoke free.

There’s even information on how to make a therapeutic face mask out of items in the average fridge to stop quitters giving in to food cravings.

Smokers can find out how to use banana, avocado and even porridge as a healthy face mask to relax through the stress of giving up.

The support site contains step by step ‘tips to quit’ plans and the opportunity to share success stories and help fellow smokers trying to break the habit.

There will even be live ‘group’ meetings online to help smokers talk through their habit with other people who are battling to stop.

And the aim is to help ease smokers through the traumas of quitting.

A spokesman for, one of the UK’s leading online bingo businesses, said: “The smoking ban will hit millions of people across the UK – and a significant proportion of them will be bingo lovers.

“The new law will make it harder for smokers to enjoy a night at a bingo club or in a pub, but it doesn’t help them tackle their addiction.

“We thought we would do something positive to help smokers kick their habit.” has links to a variety of sites including official NHS sites devoted to helping people quit cigarettes which has extra advice on nicotine replacement formulas including gum, sprays, patches, lozenges and inhalers.

In addition to the advice on how each method can help and other good tips their plan is to soothe thousands of Bingo lovers through the transition from smokers to non-smokers by giving away relaxing pamper treatments to help the whole process.

The new site will guide smokers through;
• Where to start
• Gradual stop systems
• How to handle cravings & withdrawal symptoms
• How to deal with a relapse
• Healthy eating plans
• Fact sheets on the effects of smoking
• The positives of quitting
• Details on every quit system

The Strive and Strive site will have a ‘quitter of the month’ award, for the customer who has worked the hardest at giving up.

“Our aim is to help everyone from those just thinking about it to those who are actively trying to give up smoking,” the spokesman added:

“There are other sites out there that help people quit smoking. But by putting all this information on a bingo site we hope it will be even more accessible.

“We want people to have fun playing bingo and get fit at the same time.”
