This top five, local exchange carrier will join a substantial list of tier-one customers handled by the Intec Managed Services division from its SAS 70 compliant facilities*. The three-year agreement includes the processing of 30 billion Call Detail Records (CDRs) per year for billing of the carrier’s access revenues. Intec offers its software in flexible business models to customers. While the carrier opted to outsource its CABS processing to Intec’s Managed Services division, it will still have access to the system data and database for any required maintenance and reporting.
