The 185 seat office building on the seafront in Brighton is being completely refurbished in order to provide the best possible working environment for the fully salaried telemarketing team. The refurbishment maintains the building’s office layout and atmosphere which is very different to the working environments of many call centres and an important factor in retaining a calling team with an average age of 33.5 years.

In addition, a step change in the agency's technical capabilities will be delivered with the implementation of an Avaya VoIP Multivantage Express telephony platform. Due to be installed during August, this new system will improve integration with the various local and hosted platforms used deliver outstanding outbound B2B campaigns. The digital call archive will also be extended to cover two years’ worth of calling – some eight million calls. Other benefits will include greater resilience and campaign analytics.
