Redditch, UK – July 17 2007 – Networks First, a leading provider of support services for network infrastructures (www.networksfirst.com), announces today it has been shortlisted as one of four companies in the Small Business category in the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards. The awards are given to UK companies in recognition of outstanding customer service. The award sponsors include, Pipex Business, Unisys, Cable & Wireless and The Henley School of Management.

The UK Customer Experience Awards aim to identify and recognise organisations operating in the UK that are industry leaders at serving customers. The awards also help organisations identify their strengths and weaknesses whilst providing benchmarks and guidance to help organisations improve performance. Key criteria assessed by the judges include: customer intelligence, operational effectiveness, engaging people, leadership and values and organisational agility.
