London, England – August 1st 2007 – At the 2007 Contact Center World Conference & Awards Gala for Europe Middle East & Africa, the very Best of the Best Contact Centers and the people operating them in EMEA were announced to an excited audience at a packed gala.

Each finalist not only represented their company, but their country and the Gold medal winners will go on to represent their region and nation in the world finals which take place at the end of October 2007.

The finalists represent the Best of the Best in EMEA. At the 2 day conference each participant presented to an international audience of their peers who then had to vote on each finalist. The conference was also unique in that not a single vendor presented their solutions which you find at other events - only finalists and so the ideas that each delegate took away were outstanding.

Each finalist received a medal and the awards were for Gold, Silver and Bronze in each category.
