- Occupier solutions specialist collaborates with sister companies Cannock and Office Villages, to offer high quality office accommodation to satisfy the demand of owner-occupiers.

Banbury, 11th September 2007, Port@l, leaders in delivering innovative space and infrastructure solutions, together with its sister companies, Cannock and Office Villages today have announced the official opening of a prestigious office complex in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Located 1.5 miles outside Banbury the Northgate business park is one of four such ‘Office Villages’ developed by the group. The others are located in Nottingham, Barnsley and Uppingham.

The offices are available for sale to owner-occupiers, for letting, or for private investment.

Port@l themselves will be one of the first occupiers of the new park when they relocate their head office from central Birmingham to the Northgate site this month.
