The Federation of Communication Services 2007 Fixed Service Provider of the year award was won by the OneBill Group for its demonstration of excellent customer service. The FCS deemed that - which offers the lowest phone prices in the UK - also provided the UK's best customer service.

On accepting the award Colin Forward, Operations Director, commented “We’re thrilled that the FCS has recognised the levels of customer service we are able to achieve through our on-line brand In this day and age, many people prefer to manage their affairs on-line and lets customers do exactly that. Sam Dawkins of Club Communications, chairman of the 2007 judging panel said, “The judges were pleased with the high quality of entries from fixed line service providers who are all focused on providing excellent customer service in this competitive market. stood out for taking customer servicing to another level to enable a low cost of service delivery to their customers."

Launched in April 2006, provides a fully integrated website which lets customers manage all aspects of their phone service online. The resulting operational savings are passed on to the customers; the Anytime Saver call package costs just £3.49 per month (compared with £7.95 for the same service from BT).
