Dubbed by many as the ‘Olympics’ of the contact center industry, the Contact Center World Awards attracted entrants from 61 nations in 2007 and the very best in the world from this competition will be meeting in Las Vegas, NV on 30th October for 3 days of sharing ideas and to ultimately crown the best in the world.

A Unique Global Awards Program

This awards program is unrivalled anywhere in the world.
• For starters there are 16 categories (see below) available for entry covering all areas of the contact center industry – from agent to best contact center.

• The award entries are completed on line and split into 3 regions – Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East & Africa.

• Initial judging is undertaken by very experienced industry professionals – no vendors (suppliers) or consultants are allowed to judge
– only existing contact center professionals with a minimum of 5 years of executive level experience in the industry

• Regional finalists converge for a 3 day conference where many will present their entry in detail to the conference delegates and they are then open for questions and answers. Most categories are then judged by the conference delegates and awards are presented at a gala dinner on the last evening of the gathering of the best

• In addition those entrants who did remarkably well but were just out of the running for medals receive a highly commended certificate to showcase their achievement

• All gold medal winners from the regional events then head to Las Vegas to share their ideas and compete to be crowned Best In The World
