The event attracted a 14% increase in visitors compared with last year’s Call Centre Expo with an attendance of 5,530* over the two day event. The re-launched CCF Conference also increased the number of high-level delegates by a massive 59%. Over 63% of visitors were specifically looking to buy stating their visit was to purchase, implement or upgrade which was good news for exhibitors. Again, the show attracted attendees from a range of industry sectors through its doors including public sector, financial services, utilities, travel and retail. Visitors to the event were also delighted with the co-location, acknowledging that you could get more from one day from the two events taking place together. As Ian Evans, Managing Director at Supplier Solutions UK explains, “The co-location has been especially worthwhile – it has been fantastic to see, all in one place, the new products and services now available.” It also gave visitors the option of meeting extra exhibitors who offered relevant products, Paul Beckett, Capacity Planning Manager at Norwich Union comments, “The exhibition was great – I am very interested in work force management and I have been able to look at several relevant company stands today.” The CCF Conference and Customer Conference were running alongside the exhibition providing a pick and mix schedule which attracted a record number of delegates with over 450 attending. With sessions on Customer Focused Values, Employee Behaviour & Customer Experience and Measuring People Performance being a few of the sessions in high demand.
