Why Enter?
There are so many benefits for entering! Contact centers can recognize the contributions of staff at all levels in the center. Corporations can be recognized for outstanding service and commitment. Partnerships between outsourcers and their clients can be honored and new innovations and strategies recognized.

Wadhwani adds “Recognition is the one thing we all crave whether we admit it or not. It’s not just a pat on the back but a major boost to morale and the motivation of the individuals involved. We have seen so many centers celebrate the success of even just one individual and those who have entered awards for say Best Contact Center have reported significant increases in morale and motivation across the entire company.”
