Leading Appliance Manufacturer to Use SuccessFactors’ On-Demand Software to Align and Manage Performance, Goal Setting and Succession Planning For Its Global Workforce

Whirlpool will use SuccessFactors’ on-demand software to standardize and streamline its global performance management practices, create a robust and effective succession and goal management strategy, and develop a competency assessment and development program to help employees grow and succeed.
