The division is responsible for Northgate’s market-leading revenues and benefits service, used by 170 local authorities across the country. It also delivers radical services designed to improve the take-up of housing and council tax benefits.

The company will further demonstrate its ability to meet the needs of local authorities and enhance the quality of its service delivery through continuous improvement.
