Recent reports suggest that around 50% of claims are still unresolved as a result of last summers flash flooding and with the UK’s biggest earthquake in 25 years signalling that more climatic changes may be on their way, many customers have been left wondering just how prepared their insurer will be to deal with increasingly unpredictable natural events.
