An organisation which has been dealing with the symptoms of stress and anxiety for decades opens its doors for free. In response to the growing demand for non-medical solutions to stress, The Relaxation for Living Institute is offering a complimentary two hour class open to the public. The practical introduction to relaxation will cover posture, light exercises and breathing techniques that will help them on their way to recovery.

The Director of the Institute, Richard Hilliard says: “This offer is open to anyone and everyone. Stress and anxiety are very real and a growing concern in today’s society. It is an illness that affects millions of people on a daily basis and yet so many of us don’t realise it’s easily treatable with the right tools. We’re hoping to get a wide range of people along to our free course as we want to demonstrate how our exercises and techniques can help everyone.”

ABOUT THE RELAXATION FOR LIVING INSTITUTE:

First started in 1972, Relaxation for Living has a long-revered presence in the community and in 2005 the new Relaxation for Living Institute was created. They are now preparing a new series of products to help us cope with the ever-increasing demands that the stresses and strains of an increasingly complex world are making on us all.

The Institute also trains and licenses suitable individuals to teach the RFLI method and rebuild the RFLI network, working alongside the NHS.
