SOUTH SURRA, KUWAIT TUESDAY 25TH OF MARCH: QPC today announced a partnership with Kuwait based Public Services Company (PSC), a subsidiary of the Kuwait Finance House, to deliver contact centre consulting, workforce optimisation and education solutions in the Middle East and Africa.

The new business will provide locally supported solutions that enable companies with contact centres to become more customer focused whilst ensuring that they reduce operational costs, increase sales and retain customers.
