Green Light Go Ahead For Fluorescent Lighting Developments

A revolution is happening in the light fitting industry and its set to change fluorescent lighting forever – and save companies thousands of pounds along the way.

A unique fluorescent lighting adaptor has recently been introduced to the UK by a company in Dorset. Light Green have recently launched the ‘adapT5’ adaptor, which is currently taking the market place by storm due to the amount of orders placed and the level of clients showing interest.

The exclusive adaptor will work with any existing T8 and T12 fluorescent light to cut electricity usage without having to change the base unit; with electricity usage being cut by a massive 55% per light bulb, its causing ripples amongst many people in the lighting industry as well as consumers.

The ‘adapT5’ is perfect for any users of fluorescent lighting – for small, medium and large size businesses as well as schools, hospitals, councils and offices up and down the country.

With electricity bills rising and constant pressure to reduce carbon foot print as well as companies being aware of their greener credentials, this is a very cost effective and time efficient way of helping the environment – simply by installing a small adaptor and without the additional hassle and expense of having to change the whole lighting system.

A major retailer in the UK who has recently started trialling the ‘adapT5’ adaptor in their fluorescent lighting throughout their 450 stores says that they are ‘delighted’ with the results so far and are looking to ensure that all of their stores are converted by the end of 2008.

National Sales Manager of Light Green, Reno Labouchardiere based in Bournemouth says “This is quite a ground breaking piece of equipment here – and the feedback we’ve received on the ‘adapT5’ adaptor has been incredible.”

The ‘adapT5’ adaptor is very easy to use, it simply replaces the existing fluorescent tube so it's as easy as changing a light bulb.
