The acquisition will accelerate Pure’s growth across all mobile channels and into European markets. Pure’s client base of over 800 includes innocent drinks, Rightmove, Truprint, Hachette Filipacchi and EMAP. Pure’s email marketing clients offer MobiVentures an ideal customer base to leverage its suite of mobile marketing applications. Pure will continue to operate as an independent unit.
