Charity Parachute jump with a difference Thursday 12 June 2008 PDF Print Suicide is still a very taboo subject in this country and it leaves families and friends bereaved by it often feeling stigmatised. Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (http://www.uk-sobs.org.uk/) exists to meet the needs and break the isolation of those bereaved by the suicide of family member or close friend To honour this cause, and in memory of Kevin O'Keeffe, three members of Leary family, Dominic, Jonathan and Bill are going to do a charity parachute jump with a difference to help raise awareness and funds over the weekend of June 21-22 2008. Not many people have the honour of flying the aircraft that they intend to jump out of but Bill "10 bars" is looking forward to it. He just doesn't know it yet. Dominic and Jonathan are concerned that Bill will be jumping first and are hoping that he has remembered to arrange for a co-pilot! They will be behind him just to make sure that he jumps. So please give generously to this good cause, as this really is a once in a lifetime event for all involved especially Bill "10 Bars". Please feel free to pass this onto your friends, family, work colleagues or any one else you may think would be interested in helping to raise our Target of £3,000:00.
