Aimed at senior managers and directors either planning, implementing or running established business transformation initiatives, ‘Create a customer-driven organisation’ will take place on Tuesday, July 1, from 10:00 to 11:00am.

In practical terms, the interactive webinar will define how to plan the right approach, define the types of processes required, clarify the essential “process ecosystem”, and identify the critical success factors necessary to deliver customer service excellence.

Presented by senior consultants from MEGA, the company’s BPM webinar series seeks to help participants by sharing fifteen years of experience and knowledge in the subject and related topics.
