Tom will target large organisations & outsourced contact centres that are looking to improve their customer service and overall revenue streams through the use of voice self-service and speaker verification solutions. In his new role Tom will focus on several key vertical markets including Wagering & Gaming, Transport & Ticketing, Utilities and Telcos.
