Meet Lord Twelve Tales himself at Highclere Castle's Christmas Fair over the next two days.

Watch the video “For Two Days Only”

As we approach the Twelve Days of Christmas, after an incredible year of golden anniversaries and sporting achievement, Lord Twelve tales has a cheery message for everyone wondering about their future in these troubled times.

“Education, Education, Education. 'Tis easier said than done but it is the only way to guarantee a bright future for everyone.”

“A big problem today" says Twelve Tales, "is that everyone has their own idea about the best way to educate kids. And a lot of energy is wasted on this and a lot of opportunities missed to teach kids what they really need to know. Now more than ever before.”

“If you hate making kids learn by rote but worry whether learning by reasoning doesn't work for some kids either, you can rise above these battles and you can lead from the front by getting really SOCIAL around the dining table with your children. Both at home and at school. And my charming, and sometimes quirky friends, theMultiples, will show you how.”

“Everyone knows that kids learn to read better with the close contact, role model behaviour and imitation that comes from parents reading bedtime stories. But up until now there was nothing similar parents could do for numeracy and Maths skills without easily crossing the line and becoming too pushy”.

“But now there is with our truly unique Times Table Plates featuring my friends the 12 wonderful, quirky, characters of theMultiples. Believe it or not, they've never been done before”.

“Parents and kids love them and now schools up and down the country are also discovering them and bringing a new kind of social learning etiquette to their school dining rooms”.

Ends.
