Next week sees the launch of a new property portal (no, not that one!) which, due to its innovative use of estate agent website data and web crawler technology, looks set to become one of the UK’s top portals within months…despite being completely free for estate agents and property buyers and sellers!

We are offering you the opportunity to attend an exclusive pre-launch press event this Thursday (8th January), ahead of the launch on the 19th of the month. The event, held at the Hilton, Park Lane between 11:00 and 12:30, will include a live demo and Q & A session with Houser’s founder, as well as a free bar and refreshments.

The new portal has already signed up over 5,300 UK estate agents and looks set to make considerable changes to the way consumers search for property, due to the new technology on offer (more of which will be unveiled on the day!).

Crucially, the site will be populated at launch with data already obtained from agents’ websites, highlighting the immediate impact the portal will have on the property industry, not to mention the instant indent it will have on search engine results.

Advantages to property buyers include not only the centralisation of listings from a range of other portals and private sellers, but also a simple and automated ‘viewing scheduler’ service.

Houser is the brainchild of Canadian entrepreneur Rocky Mirza, one of the world’s top ten internet domain owners. Rocky says that within a short time “Houser will easily outstrip Rightmove and Zoopla because agents and consumers will see its effectiveness.”
