New solution will streamline despatch for SellerDynamics retailers

Marlow, 5th May 2015 - NetDespatch, the leading SaaS parcel data management platform for postal and parcel carriers, has enabled multi-channel ecommerce solution provider and NetDespatch partner, SellerDynamics, to offer the new Royal Mail 6x4” label as part of its integrated stationery solution.

SellerDynamics customer, My Local Drug Store, a family run business of 30 years providing health and beauty, pharmacy and chemist products, is the first company to use the new barcoded label integrated as part of their invoice. Offering thousands of products ranging from baby care, vitamins and pain relief remedies through to skincare, dieting and beauty products, My Local Drug Store needed a seamless solution to integrate its channels such as major marketplaces, Amazon, and eBay, as well as its own website with its carrier.

As a customer of SellerDynamics My Local Drug Store uses its ecommerce solution to fulfil and prioritise customer orders from numerous marketplaces. SellerDynamics uses the NetDespatch platform to provide customers with a seamless carrier integration which enables them to print carrier compliant labels as well as electronically sending all the required data to their chosen parcel carrier.

The NetDespatch and SellerDynamics integration has enabled My Local Drug Store to become the first business to be able to produce the new larger Royal Mail label with a 2D barcode as an integral part of their invoice.

This means that as soon as a parcel is selected for despatch, a single sheet of paper is automatically produced from the online order details, containing both the customer invoice and shipping label, ensuring that each parcel has the correct paper-work and the correct carrier address label. Once all parcels are ready for the courier to collect, an end of day Sales Order Summary for the courier can be printed from the same data; this process also automatically sends data to the retailer’s online billing account, making sure that there are no billing issues.
