London, UK - Multi-award winning, niche ‘Large Enterprise Technology’ focused recruitment business Next Ventures is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Colenso as Head of Learning and Development for the Group, based out of its Head Office in London.

A highly experienced learning and development professional with over 20 years’ experience in delivering development programmes and coaching strategies, Colenso has extensive knowledge of the recruitment sector having held lead roles with SThree and Recruitment Investment Group (RIG). During her senior tenures, Colenso designed and executed the Groups’ learning and development objectives by managing central training functions and delivering fully compliant, cost effective programmes across multiple brands and divisions.

From March 2015, her responsibilities at Next Ventures have included the design and delivery of strategic and tactical learning, development and training programmes to support the Boards’ growth strategy.
