Anglian’s Laura Ashley Decorative Glass

The new range is particularly suitable for use in front doors, porches, bathrooms and other overlooked rooms, obstructing the view into the home

A collaboration between two longstanding Great British brands – Laura Ashley and Anglian Home Improvements – has resulted in an exclusive new range of etched decorative glass, providing both privacy and style for the home. The Laura Ashley Decorative Glass Collection, which includes a number of botanical-inspired designs, will be unveiled at this year’s Hampton Court Palace Flower Show at the end of June.

The collection comprises twelve best-selling Laura Ashley designs that are etched onto the glass in Anglian’s industry-leading double glazed windows, doors and conservatories, then hand-finished to ensure a faithful recreation of the classic designs.

The new range is particularly suitable for use in front doors, porches, bathrooms and other overlooked rooms, obstructing the view into the home without losing light as well as adding a touch of extra charm to the room’s décor.

The Laura Ashley Decorative Glass Collection features some of Laura Ashley’s most popular and heritage patterns. These include the delicate damask Josette, the woodland themed Cottonwood, the floral Oriental Garden and the geometric Mr Jones.

Melanie McDonald, Head of PR & Brand Marketing at Anglian Home Improvements, says, “Anglian Home Improvements is proud to manufacture our windows, doors and conservatories here in Great Britain and we are delighted to be teaming up with fellow British brand, Laura Ashley, on this stunning new range of decorative glass.

“The choice of timeless, iconic designs within the Laura Ashley Decorative Glass Collection will enable homeowners to have privacy without compromising on style, providing further opportunities to express their personality or extend their interior design choice onto glass.”

Nick Kaloyirou, Joint Chief Operating Officer at Laura Ashley, said, “Laura Ashley has been working with licensing partners for over twenty years and we are delighted to announce the addition of Anglian Home Improvements to our growing network of licensees. Our partners design and manufacture product ranges to the same high quality standards and value for which Laura Ashley is renowned.

“The exclusive range gives the customers an innovative new way to bring some of the best of British design to their home. Whether coordinating with their favourite wallpaper, furniture or soft furnishings, or introducing Laura Ashley to their home for the first time, the new Decorative Glass Collection allows the customer to combine style and function to create an elegant feature in any home.”

The products are made to each customer’s specification, bespoke to their home. In addition to the variety of designs, three options are available in terms of glass obscurity, providing the customer with a choice in levels of privacy and pattern tone so that the etched glass can be perfectly matched to the home’s style and homeowner’s personal preferences.

The range will be unveiled at this year’s Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, within the Celebrity Theatre feature that will be hosted by TV gardener David Domoney. To find out more about the Laura Ashley Decorative Glass Collection, visit www.anglianhome.co.uk/lauraashley
