TOPdesk is now available on Microsoft Azure, delivering user-friendly service management software around the globe.

TOPdesk, a service management tool for IT, FM and eHRM help desks, is now available as a virtual machine in the Microsoft Azure marketplace. Azure customers can quickly and easily deploy TOPdesk through their Azure account, giving them all the benefits of the cloud and TOPdesk’s best practices.
TOPdesk currently helps over 4,000 customers to support company-wide processes such as Call Management, Asset Management and Workflow Management. With TOPdesk’s service management solution, all supporting departments can easily log and track calls, allocate tasks and more in a single tool.
Running on Azure’s infrastructure, customers can benefit from TOPdesk’s best practice database, which is based on years of experience. It includes the software’s most praised features and modules, including the self-service portal and extensive reporting capabilities for managers.
