This enabled Travelstart to offer its customers customised assistance, availability warnings and even payment security reassurance, using a pop-up solution to respond to its users’ and prospects’ demands in real-time. Travelstart is now in the final stages of its e-mail pilot, which has been used to run abandoned cart e-mails via Mandrill for customers who have left the purchase journey after searching for flights. “Profile Cloud takes away the headache of working across different platforms and departments.
