Marlow, 14 October 2015 – Trend Clothing is realising the benefits of having implemented a streamlined order fulfilment and despatch solution from Zenstores and NetDespatch for its eBay shipments. The Scotland-based fashion and footwear retailer now has a single integrated solution for its ecommerce activities, allowing the company to focus on growing its business.

Trend Clothing ships between 100 and 150 orders per week throughout the UK and worldwide, via Royal Mail. The NetDespatch and Zenstores partnership has provided Trend Clothing with an integrated order-to-despatch solution for all its online orders, whether placed via eBay, Amazon or the company’s own ecommerce site.

Prior to implementing the automated Zenstores and NetDespatch solution, Trend staff had to manually key in order data, which was time consuming and susceptible to input errors.

“Order information from all channels is seamlessly consolidated onto one screen. We simply select an online order for despatch, the correct 2D barcoded shipping labels are printed, and Royal Mail is automatically advised that parcels are ready to be collected. Parcel tracking information is fed back into the ecommerce sites to enable customers to follow the progress of their orders,” commented Dave Frame, Warehouse Manager, Trend Clothing. “The whole process is completed in a quarter of the time it took us before Zenstores and NetDespatch came along.”

NetDespatch is almost an invisible cog in the automated order fulfilment-to-despatch solution enabled by Zenstores’ user friendly order management tool for online retailers. There is no cost for the retailer for the NetDespatch element, and only a minimal charge for the Zenstores platform, yet the integrated solution saves customers time and eliminates transcription errors.
