Carlos Dean comments: “Regardless of our titles, we are all leaders and leadership needs to change. I work with people that want to develop a working culture that engages and inspires its people to improve operational efficiency and profitability; rather than rely on the outdated concepts of hierarchy and fear”.

This unique programme is best suited to individuals who are not driven by power, status or wealth but by the realisation that good business is about creating genuine and sincere relationships based on the desire for the mutual benefit of all.

Experience this transformative learning environment designed to fit the constraints of busy working lives and start to tackle the challenges of fearful workplaces, colleagues who don’t care and teams with
no desire to work together. It’s an introduction to the skills of an authentic leader, improving your own working life and inevitably those around you. Leaders are often isolated due to the responsibilities of their role, making this group learning experience an attractive part of what Carlos offers. All participants bring their thoughts and ideas together to create understanding, realisations and wisdom, which can’t be achieved in isolation.

Choose from the two programmes currently running which prospective candidates can join at any time, this is your opportunity to see how the world of work could be different.

About Carlos Dean

Carlos Dean grew up in Staffordshire and studied psychology and philosophy at Wolverhampton University and spent three years studying Buddhism. In his late twenty’s Carlos’ business failed and he found himself with nothing and suffered a total collapse of morale and confidence. From this came the realisation that although he had nothing he still had his ‘vision’ of how the world, society and business could be. Focusing on that vision enabled him to recover and begin his journey to become one of the most progressive leadership coaches of our time.

Dealing with his own breakdown, failures and flaws and developing through them has accelerated his growth, both personally and in his ability to assist leaders achieve their goals; in the realities and pragmatism of business he sees willingness to fail, and to acknowledge those failures, as essential in developing real, on the ground, leadership skills.

Carlos coaches his clients in the real skills they need to lead their teams and organisations successfully; to motivate and inspire those teams towards building exceptional businesses;and to transform the experience of every human being they impact in their work: customers, employees, colleagues, partners, suppliers and the wider community within which they do business.
