Delegates can expect to walk away understanding how to identify their personal leadership style

It’s a great time to be a professional woman, but do you know what the corporate playing field looks like? Who is playing? What are the rules? How is it changing and how will these changes affect you?

These questions will all be answered at the conference, Changing The Playing Field where London’s leading diversity and inclusion consultancy, Voice At The Table will be opening up the conversation on this topic.

Aimed at professional mid-career women and senior HR managers from city institutions, including law firms, accountants and insurance companies, the one day conference takes place on Friday 8 July 2016, from 8.30AM at international law firm Hogan Lovells LLP, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG.

Having had a hugely successful year so far with plenty of interactive and informative panels, workshops and masterclasses taking place weekly, Voice At The Table looks forward to this exciting and forward-thinking event. Delegates can expect to walk away understanding how to identify their personal leadership style, how to maximise input from a mixed gender, high performing team and how to become instruments of change in their companies.

Rina Goldenberg Lynch, the founder and managing director of Voice At The Table, said “Our conference is set to be a stimulating day that will ignite fresh thinking and an engaging conversation. We are thrilled to have some amazing women speaking throughout the day and sharing their professional expertise on topics that are thought-provoking and important to the professional woman of today and tomorrow”

Speaking at the flagship event are three high profile women who will be sharing their professional and personal insights and experiences on these topics, including;

World-renowned Yachtswoman, Tracy Edwards MBE who sailed to success 26 years ago by leading the first all-female crew to the finish line of the Whitbread Round the World Race in 1990. Today, Tracy focusses her time working with her charity The Maiden Rescue to rescue and restore her beloved yacht, which will become an ambassador for Girls’ Rights and Education in the UK and developing countries.

Also speaking is Pauline Crawford. Dr Crawford is the brain behind the Gender Dynamics© framework, a unique perspective for men and women together to maximise their communication, relationships and creative results. She is also the founder and chief executive of performance consultancy Corporate Heart and offers 25 years of experience across the globe (currently working in Kuala Lumpur) in the field of behavioural change and corporate cultural transformation.

Danusia Malina-Derben will also be speaking at the event. Dr Malina-Derben is a straight-talking consultant who harnesses C-suite executives with unstoppable business leadership prowess. Over the past 15 years, Danusia has worked with entrepreneurs and the boards of Blue Chip and Fortune 500 Companies. She is also a mother of ten.

The agenda for the July 8 event will also include discussion and workshops on the 21st century leader, trends in leadership, gender dynamics, inclusive cultures and personal leadership styles.

Delegates from the previous sold out conference said:

• “I think there is a real gap in the market for an event like this which connects women across a variety of industries and points in their career. So many of our women’s events are industry specific and for that reason can be missing a trick on identifying synergies in experiences and approaches.”

• “The conference (2015) was a fantastic event filled with high calibre speakers and the opportunity to network with like-minded women from the corporate world.”

• “The conference approached the topic from many different angles that help stimulate thinking and respected the high level of intelligence in the audience. Well done!”
