Advanced secures managed services agreement with British Airways Pensions Wednesday 11 May 2016 PDF Print 11 May 2016 – British Airways Pensions (BAP) has selected Advanced to provide an end-to-end range of IT managed services. The initial agreement is over a five-year period during which Advanced will be providing a total of 26 IT services including Service Desk, Desktop Management and Infrastructure Monitoring. Advanced is set to complete the on-boarding of ‘as is’ services from BAP’s previous provider before the end of May 2016. Advanced was selected from a final shortlist of three providers following a thorough and competitive tender process from which BAP was looking for a flexible and reliable provider with a good quality of staff with relevant experience that was suited to BAP’s size and company culture.
