This prize will honor an African woman leader for her social commitment. The prize will be awarded by her Excellency Mrs. Ameenah Gurib Fakim, President of the Republic, Mrs. Jacqueline Franjou, Director of the Women Forum, Mrs. Inge Kerkloh-Devif, Executive Director Global Business Development at HEC Executive Education and Professor Bertrand Moingeon, Executive Director of the HEC Indian Ocean Office. Professor Moingeon will also be a speaker on “Strategies for nurturing frugal GREEN innovation”. He will discuss how to best promote the development of products that are affordable for the bottom of the pyramid, while being ecosystem-responsible from the supply chain to end use.
