Pre-built integration makes it faster for Demandware clients to deploy Trusted Shops’ trust mark, customer reviews and product reviews solutions both online and instore.

Trusted Shops, the leading trust brand in European ecommerce, today announced that it has become a Demandware® LINK Technology Partner, joining a best-of-breed community committed to accelerating the adoption of innovative commerce technologies that are complementary to the Demandware Commerce Cloud.

Through the LINK Technology Partner Program, the Trusted Shops portfolio now integrates with the Demandware Commerce Cloud, making it possible for customers of Demandware, a Salesforce company, to deploy the Trusted Shops trust platform in a fraction of the time normally required.

Trusted Shops offers over 20,000 customers a comprehensive service providing accreditation, an internationally recognised trustmark and a review and rating solution. It is dedicated to providing consumers with peace of mind while shopping online. Its trustmark solution awards online retailers and international brands with a ‘seal of approval’, which acts as a guarantee that customers are purchasing from legitimate retailers. The review and rating system aims to improve brand loyalty and drive sales while filtering fake reviews. It is available for both ecommerce platforms and physical branches.
