Guidant Group, one of the UK’s leading manager service and recruitment process outsourcing providers, has been awarded Platinum accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating the organisation’s commitment to high performance through good people management. Guidant Group is one of a handful of organisations in the South of England to achieve this level since the launch of the Sixth Generation Investors in People Framework. In achieving Platinum Status, the company has demonstrated that it and its people are going above and beyond to ensure its on-going success.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
