Tim Eltze appointed as CFO at TDB Fusion

Tim Eltze joins TDB Fusion Limited as CFO responsible for corporate financial management.

Tim brings over two decades of extensive business knowledge to TDB from the technology sector including senior positions at Expansys Plc, a global online technology business, holding the positions of President of Expansys (USA) based in Chicgao and Group Chief Operating Officer. Previous to Expansys he was the Chief Operating Officer at Data Select Limited, one of the UK's leading distributors of mobile phones, and Network Solutions where he oversaw substantial change and growth. Prior to this, he was European Commercial Finance Director at Maritz, the US based global sales and marketing services business, with responsibility for financial, commercial and legal activities relating to all its European sales and Head of Finance for O2 UK, where he was closely involved in delivering operational performance and enhanced shareholder returns.

Tim Eltze brings over 20 years of industry knowledge from a broad spectrum of technology and business sectors including mobile phone, communications, marketing & advertising, and mergers and acquisitions. He has wide ranging experience of international senior leadership in finance and operations and a recognised track record in financial management, corporate strategy with management experience of operating units for international business units in sales, acquisitions, disposals, change, restructuring and international development. Tim has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, and Marketing, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

TDB Fusion has been expanding rapidly reporting a revenue increase of 145% in 2016, along with a doubling of the workforce, the opening of a new sales and support office in London and increasing the headquarters facility in Bracknell. Tim’s appointment sees the management team reaching full strength, positioning TDB Fusion to continue its growth during 2017.
