Alexander Mann Solutions shortlisted for Working Families’ Best flexible working initiative

Global talent acquisition and management specialist Alexander Mann Solutions has been shortlisted for the 2017 Working Families award for ‘Best flexible working initiative’, part of the Top Employers for Working Families awards. The winners are due to be announced at a ceremony in London on Thursday 6 July 2017.

Alexander Mann Solutions has implemented a number of initiatives for its global workforce - 3500 colleagues spanning over 80 countries - including launching a global flexible working adoption programme to increase the take-up and consistency of flexible working. This has placed flexible working at the heart of its global operations, supporting an agile workforce and adopting quickly to shifting workforce demands. The company’s flexible working survey also showed an increase in employees who said they had flexible working opportunities. In the past year alone in the UK, numbers rose from 48% to 66%.
